Corporation was formed in the year 2004.
We were formed with a single corporate objective succinctly
stated above in our mission statement.
BACKGROUND:
Our team has been involved in re-engineering and re-architecting
large systems, since 1997.
As a team we have been involved in major Year 2000 damage
control, re-engineering and re-architecting projects.

Alan Kaplan
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Kaplan, is the founder of Xactis
Corp. and is a successful, highly regarded,
entrepreneur who has formed and managed more than a dozen
technically oriented companies for more than twenty-five years.
Mr. Kaplan is distinguished as one of the first US Businessmen
to launch large-scale projects in the Soviet Union (now Russia
and the Independent States). As a well-known manufacturer,
has designed, built, patented and sold high technology equipment
around the world and was the recipient of Motorola's Most
Outstanding Vendor award.
His successful startups include MVAK Technologies, Precision
Plus, Sound Sender and Rapid Technologies. Mr. Kaplan holds
four patents and trademarks for real-time software controlled
calibration systems used in the Electronics Industry. Clients
include AT&T, Hughes Aircraft, Raytheon, Siemens and others.
Mr. Kaplan has a strong background in International Sales
and Distribution as a technology exporter, which helps Xactis
launch its global operations.
